1- ما هو كواترو ودواعي استعماله؟
يدعم توازن البكتيريا النافعة في الجهاز الهضمي.

دواعي الاستخدام:
• اضطرابات القَولون والجِهاز الهَضمي: الإمْساك المُزمِن، الإسهال غَيْر الفَيْروسي، المَغص المَعوي المُزمِن، الانتِفاخ المُزمِن.
• دَعْم المزاج العام: تَنْظيم التَّوازُن البَكتيري في الأمعاء وتأثيره الإيجابي على الحالة النَّفسيَّة.
• حالات الإسهال والالْتِهابات المَعويَّة البَكتيريَّة.
• الإسهال المُرْتَبِط بالمُضادّات الحَيَويَّة: تَقليل الخَطَر واسْتِعادة تَوازُن الميكروبيوم المَعوي.
• مُتَلازِمة القَولون العَصبي (IBS) :تَخْفيف الانتِفاخ والمَغص وتَنْظيم حَرَكة الأمعاء.
• دَعْم المَناعَة المَعويَّة: تَعْزيز نُموّ البَكتيريا النَّافعة، تَقْوية الحاجِز المَعوي، وتَنْشيط الخَلايا المَناعِيَّة الموْضِعيَّة لحِماية الجِسم من العَدْوى.
• حالات عَدَم تَحمُّل الّلاكْتوز: يُساعِد على تَحْطيم الّلاكْتوز في الأمعاء وتَقْليل الأَعْراض المُرافِقة.

2- ما تحتاج إلي معرفته قبل تناول كواترو
لا تتناول كواترو اذا كنت تعاني من حساسية للمادة الفعالة أو الي أي من المكونات الأخرى من هذا المنتج (المدرجة في القسم 6).
التحذيرات والاحتياطات:
تحدث الي طبيبك أو الصيدلي قبل البدء في تناول كواترو:
إذا كانت درجة حرارة الجسم فوق 38° مئوية.
إذا استمر الإسهال لأكثر من ثلاثة أيام.
لا يستخدم للأطفال اقل من ١٢ سنه
كواترو مع الأدوية الأخرى:

البكتيريا الموجودة في كواترو حساسة للمضادات الحيوية، إذا كنت تأخذ كواترو مع المضادات الحيوية من المستحسن ان تأخذ كبسولات كواترو بمده لا تقل عن ثلاث ساعات بعد تناول المضاد الحيوي

كواترو مع الطعام والشراب:

من الافضل ان تتناول كواترو اثناء الطعام يجب ان لا تأخذ كواترو مع المشروبات الساخنة.

الحمل والرضاعة الطبيعية:
يستخدم تحت اشراف الطبيب.

القيادة واستخدام الآلات:
لا يوجد تأثير.

3- كيفية استخدام كواترو
* كبسولة واحده الي ٢ كبسولة يومياً.

تعليمات لتناول المنتج بطريقة صحيحة:
كواترو يُؤخذ عن طريق الفم.
من الافضل ان تؤخذ الكبسولات اثناء وجبات الطعام او بعد الوجبات، بهذه الطريقة سيتم الحصول على فاعلية أفضل.
في حاله الاطفال (أكبر من ١٢ سنة) الذين لا يستطيعون ابتلاع الكبسولة يجب فتح الكبسولة وافراغ محتوياتها، وينبغي أن يضاف مقدار من السوائل التي يحتاجها الاطفال لابتلاع المسحوق.

الجرعة ومدة العلاج:
البالغين والاطفال فوق 12 سنة من العمر:
من ١ الي ٢ كبسولة يومياً

إذا تناولت كواترو أكثر مما يجب
في حاله حدوث اثار غير مرغوب فيها بعد جرعه زائدة استشر طبيبك او الصيدلي.

إذا نسيت ان تتناول كواترو
لا تأخذ جرعة مضاعفة لتعويض الجرعة المنسية، خذ كبسولة حينما يحين الوقت لتناول الجرعة التالية ثم العودة الى الجدول الزمني الخاص بك.

4- الأعراض الجانبية المحتملة
مثل جميع المنتجات، يمكن كواترو ان يسبب اثار جانبية، على الرغم من انها لا تحدث للجميع.
في بداية كواترو قد تظهر بعض الاعراض لدي بعض المرضي مثل الإحساس بمغص بسيط في الجزء الأسفل من البطن، وقد يستمر لمده قصيره، ويختفي بعدها بدون تناول أي ادويه اخري، ويجب الاستمرار في تناول كواترو حتى مع حدوث هذه الاعراض بدون خطورة.

5- كيفية تخزين كواترو
يُخزن في اقل من 25° درجة مئوية.
لا تستخدم كواترو بعد تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية المذكور على العبوة بعد “EXP.”
تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية يشير الى اليوم الاخير من صلاحية العبوة من ذلك الشهر.
لا تتخلص من اي ادوية عن طريق مياه الصرف الصحي او النفايات المنزلية.
اسال الصيدلي كيفية رمي الادوية التي لم تعد تستخدم.
ومن شأن هذه التدابير ان تساعد في حماية البيئة.

1. What Quatro is and what it is used for
Quatro supports the balance and function of useful intestinal bacteria.
Not to be used for children below 12 years of age.

Indications for Use:
– Colonic and gastrointestinal disorders: chronic constipation, non-viral diarrhea, chronic intestinal cramps, chronic bloating.
– Bacterial diarrhea and Bacterial gastroenteritis.
– Antibiotic-associated diarrhea: reduction of risk and restoration of gut microbiome balance.
– Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS): relief of bloating and abdominal pain, regulation of bowel movements.
– Gut immune support: promotion of beneficial bacterial growth, strengthening of the intestinal barrier, activation of __local immune cells to protect against infection.
– Mood support: regulation of intestinal bacterial balance with a positive impact on overall psychological well-being.
– Lactose intolerance: facilitation of lactose breakdown in the gut and reduction of associated symptoms.

2. What you need to know before you take Quatro
DO NOT TAKE Quatro:
– If you are allergic to the active substance or any of the other ingredients of this product.

Warnings and precautions:
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before you start taking Quatro:
– If your body temperature is above 38°C.
– If you notice blood or mucus in the stool.
– If diarrhea lasts for more than 3 days.

Taking Quatro with antibiotics:
The bacteria in Quatro are sensitive to antibiotics. If you are taking Quatro along with antibiotics, it is recommended to take Quatro capsules at least three hours after the antibiotic.

Quatro with food and drink:
It is preferable to take Quatro during meals.
You should not take Quatro together with alcohol or hot beverages.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding:
To be used under medical supervision.

Driving and using machines:
No effect of Quatro on the ability to operate machinery.

Quatro contains sugars (glucose, fructose, sucrose).
If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this product.

3. How to take Quatro
One to two capsules daily.

Instructions for correct administration:
– Quatro is intended for oral use (taken by mouth).
– It is preferable to take capsules during meals since in this manner better effectiveness of the product will be achieved.
– You should not take Quatro capsules together with alcohol drinks or hot beverages.

In children over 12 years of age who are not able to swallow the capsules, the capsule should be opened and the contents (powder) emptied onto a spoon. Only the amount of liquid needed by children to swallow the powder should be added to it.

Dosage and duration of treatment:
Adults and children over 12 years of age:
One capsule one to Two times a day.

If undesirable effects occur after an overdose, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
No cases of overdose have been reported.

If you forget to take Quatro:
Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.
Take the next capsule at the usual time and continue your regular dosing schedule.
If you have any further questions on the use of this product, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

4. Possible side effects
Like all products, Quatro may cause side effects, although not everyone experiences them.
At the beginning of Quatro intake, some patients may experience mild abdominal cramps in the lower part of the abdomen. These symptoms may last for a short period and then disappear without the need for any additional medication. It is important to continue taking Quatro even if these symptoms occur, as they are not harmful.

5. How to store Quatro
– Store at a temperature below 25°C.
– Store in the original packaging.
– Keep the product out of the reach of children.
– Do not use this product after the expiry date which is stated on the packaging after “EXP”. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
– Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to throw away medicines you no longer use. These measures will help
